Put in a service request through my home warranty claim, this company was assigned to service 6/03/25. We personally called 6/17 stating that we had a claim put in. Evan did come and check the plumbing, tightening a loose bolt on 6/25, but the main line was still needing to be shut off to fix the leak. He said he'd call, or i could call to set up a new claim date for water shut off service and assessing the issue further. It is now 7/17 and services have been transferred. Not sure where it went wrong but the experience in timely service for sure was missed and thankfully it wasn't a major plumbing issue, but having water dripping continously needed to be assessed and fixed for sure sooner than a month and a half.
